Panraven Raises $2.7 Million

Cambridge, MA-based Panraven, which offers online image editing tools that allow users to create hard-bound photo books, has raised $2.7 million out of a planned $3 million funding round involving debt, equity, and warrants, according to regulatory documents filed last week. The company’s investors include Castanea Partners, Dace Ventures, and Draper Fisher Jurvetson, according to its website.
