STR Holdings Sets IPO Terms

STR Holdings, an Enfield, CT-based maker of sheets and film that encapsulate solar cells, said today that the company and its shareholders propose to sell 12.3 million shares of common stock for $13 to $15 in its planned initial public offering, according to an SEC filing. There are a total of 14.1 million shares registered in the offering, meaning the sale of shares could total up to about $212.3 million. The company, which was founded in 1944, has requested that its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “STRI.”
