Ryan McBride 10/20/09

Mintera, an Acton, MA-based developer of next-generation optical switches, has raised $4.1 million of a potential $5 million round of equity and options financing, according to an SEC filing. The company could not immediately be reached for comment this morning. Though the SEC document does not list investors in the deal, the company says on its website that its previous investors include Court Square Ventures, JDSU, Polaris Venture Partners, Portview Communications Partners, RRE Ventures, and Star Ventures.
