$92M for Rocket Software

Newton, MA-based enterprise software firm Rocket Software has raised $91.9 million in equity financing, according to an SEC filing. PeHUB reports that that the filing comes on the heels of private equity firm Court Square Capital Partners’ investment in Rocket, but that neither firm would talk about the financing. The SEC filing does not indicate the source of the financing.
