$1.5M for LegiTime Technologies

LegiTime Technologies, a Farmington, CT-based developer of software that organizes and secures text messages on mobile phones, has raised $1.5 million in equity financing, according to an SEC filing. Company executives could not be immediately reached this morning. The regulatory filing does not identify the investors in the round, but the firm’s website says that it is backed by Connecticut Innovations and iNovia Capital, of Montreal.
