		<description>I&#039;m a SW engineer who as worked in telecom and storage businesses. The last 4 telecom employers each hired me because I had &quot;telecom&quot; experience.. otherwise they probably would have H4a workers there. Non asked me to sign anything very overreaching.. now imagine I am in a position today, as a contractor, that they want me to sign a NO COMPETE agreement for a year, but the contract length is SIX months.  AND.. they hired me because of my former experience.. YOU CAN&#039;T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS.  This is complete BS.</description>
