Understanding the Dilution Impact of Early Stage Investment

The Capital Network is sponsoring this lunch talk, which COO Michelle Hipwood writes will “help you build your own capitalization table in a simple but powerful spreadsheet format and will then explain, in detail, how to use this tool to understand the dilutive impact of stock options, restricted stock, early stage angel or venture capital investment, ‘down-rounds’, anti-dilution provisions and other similar events.” Attendees should bring their own laptops.
