Ward Is New CEO at Luminus

Luminus Devices, a Billerica, MA-based maker of LED-based lighting equipment, announced today that Udi Meirav, CEO since 2003, has become executive vice-chairman of the company’s board of directors and will be replaced by Keith Ward, who also takes on the title of president. Ward is a veteran of EYE Lighting International and General Electric.
