Science Club for Girls’ 15th Anniversary Celebration and Catalyst Award Ceremony

05/26/09
5:30 - 8:30 pm
Broad Institute, 7 Cambridge Center, Kendall Square

Our friends at the Science Club for Girls are celebrating and honoring Catalyst Awardees Dean Evelynn Hammonds, Harvard College, and Larisa Schelkin, DOME Foundation, for their efforts to increase diversity in scientific fields. (SCFG was a beneficiary of our own fundraising at Xconomy’s Battle of the Tech Bands 2.) Join them and network with Susan Windham-Bannister (Mass Life Sciences Center), Lauren Silverman (Novartis Option Funds), Mondira Pant (Intel), Amy Cueva (MadPow), college presidents and many others in tech, engineering, pharma, and law.

As part of the celebration, the Science Club for Girls is also running an online auction, featuring Women of Power lunches with notable women in science, Red Sox tickets, and a private tour of Transition—the roadable aircraft—at Terrafugia .
