I learned about Dimdim when I recently asked a subset of my LinkedIn database, &quot;What&#039;s a good alternative to WebEx?&quot;  A small number of people mentioned Dimdim.  I predict a year from now that will be a large number.     I&#039;m not surprised that &quot;ease of use&quot; was the first priority of users.  If I&#039;m going to tell a prospect to change behavior and to have a &quot;Dimdim&quot; call (vs. a &quot;WebEx&quot; call), I better not be asking the prospect to do something that is at all difficult.  And Prakash&#039;s  comment about applications coming before the platform also makes sense. At the end of the day, it&#039;s all about applications.  Glad to see these guys -- who I don&#039;t know at all -- doing well.  Glad to see another Boston company leading the way.</description>
