Veracode Assembling $10M Third Round

Wade Roush3/9/09

Burlington, MA-based Veracode, which tests corporate software for back doors and other security holes by analyzing its raw binary code, has  collected half of a $10 million third financing round, according to a regulatory filing cited by PE Hub. The investors for the round include Atlas Venture, .406 Ventures, Macrovision, Polaris Venture Partners, and Symantec. Existing investor In-Q-Tel apparently did not invest in the new round.
