SiOnyx Expands to Oregon

Wade Roush2/6/09

Beverly, MA-based SiOnyx, the developer of “black silicon” solar and imaging devices that we profiled when it came out of stealth mode back in October, said last week that it has opened a West Coast engineering center in Beaverton, OR. Leading the Oregon office will be Homayoon Haddad, SiOnyx’s new vice president of device engineering, who joins the company from Korea-based MagnaChip Semiconductor.
