Understanding Angel Investing

01/22/09
8:00 am -- 10:0 am
Babson College (Olin Hall), Wellesley, MA

Angel investors—near and dear to Xconomy’s heart, since we are funded by them—can be the lifeblood of a startup. The Capital Network and Babson College are offering this interactive breakfast session to look at the promise of angel investing for both technology and life sciences startups. You’ll hear from investors and entrepreneurs about the current state of angel investing, the differences between angel groups and individual angels, what they are looking for, and how much they typically invest and under what terms, and more.

And after a morning of angel talk, you’ll be ready for some devlish rock and roll that evening at Xconomy’s Battle of the Tech Bands 2.
