Premise Sold to Eclipsys

Healthcare software firm Eclipsys reports it has completed its buyout of Farmington, CT-based Premise, a provider of patient-tracking software for hospitals. Last week Atlanta-based Eclipsys (NASDAQ:ECLP) said it would pay $38.5 million in cash to acquire venture-backed Premise.
