		<description>these agreements are common in MANY industries - insurance, banking, etc., where customer contact is of value.  Would this apply to all of them as well?  How would you defind &#039;tech only&#039; and not drag other industries into it?  Has this Rep. bothered to think this out, or is he tossing a doomed bill into the hopper to have bragging rights?</description>
