$7 Million for Rave

Rave Wireless, a Framingham, MA, startup that makes security and emergency alert software for mobile phones, has closed a $7 million Series D financing round, according to a November 15 report in PE Hub that cited regulatory filings. The report said Rave has now raised about $42 million, with major contributions from Bain Capital Ventures, Sigma Partners, RRE Ventures, and Trilogy Equity Partners.
