$4M for V.i. Labs

Wade Roush 10/17/08

Waltham, MA-based security software company V.i. Labs, which closed an $8 million Series B financing round in November 2007, announced today that it has gathered an additional $4 million in venture funding from existing investors Core Capital and Ascent Ventures. V.i. Labs’ leading products are Code Armor Protection, which encrypts Windows and .NET applications so that they cannot be pirated or reverse-engineered, and a threat-detection system called Code Armor Intelligence.
