Like any self-respecting ocean related conference, The Marine Renewable Energy Consortium (MREC) Ocean Energy for New England Conference concludes with a clam bake. Before that, the conference includes keynote speaker Congressman William Delahunt, and panelists from industry, government, technology development, and public policy.
