HP to Acquire Colubris of Waltham

Colubris Networks, a privately held provider of wireless networks for large businesses in Waltham, MA, has agreed to be sold to IT powerhouse Hewlett-Packard (NYSE:HPQ), based in Palo Alto, CA. The deal, the terms of which weren’t revealed, is slated to close by October 31, 2008.
