Wade Roush7/18/08

Boston-based ConnectEDU, which provides online tools to help high school students, parents, and counselors manage the college admissions process, announced yesterday that it has acquired competitor PrepHeadquarters, a Chicago-based startup whose online services help counselors communicate with students and parents and track student progress. The terms of the acquisition, which will extend ConnectEDU’s network to more than 2,000 high schools, were not disclosed.
