    Ceradyne Inc., which makes ceramics used as military armor and in industrial processes, said Wednesday it agreed to buy privately held SemEquip Inc. for about $25 million in cash.Ceradyne also agreed to pay SemEquip up to $100 million over 15 years following the closing of the deal, contingent upon revenue earned by the company in that period.
