Tang Center, Amherst & Wadsworth Streets, MIT Campus, Cambridge, MA

The Boston Society of Architects and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology sponsor a major symposium focusing on the issues and opportunities facing the Boston region in a period of global climate change. The goal of the gathering is to establish a design, research and policy agenda for Boston and the New England region that is informed by “best practices” elsewhere in the world—one that will make the city a leader in global sustainability efforts. Registration fee $95, students $10. Information and registration here.
