$9M Second Round for First Coverage

First Coverage, a Toronto provider of Web-based financial information management solutions with U.S. headquarters in Boston, has raised $9 million in Series B funding, the company announced today. Waltham, MA-based Commonwealth Capital Ventures led the round, joined by return investors GrandBanks Capital of Boston and Toronto-based JLA Ventures.
