Employee Non-Compete Agreements: Protecting Innovation or Stifling It?

Spark Capital and Harvard Law Schools Berkman Center for Internet & Society will host a panel discussion on the benefits and drawbacks of non-compete agreements in employment contracts. Berkman Center executive director John Palfrey will moderate the discussion, which will also include Brightcove founder and CEO Jeremy Allaire, Akamai general counsel Melanie Haratunian, Harvard University associate professor Lee Fleming, Highland Capital general partner Paul Maeder, and Spark general partner Bijan Sabet.
