This event, put on by the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, looks at the New, New Economy, whereby competition and opportunities for cooperation abound globally. It’s focused on networking and business opportunities in three of the largest emerging markets—China, Russia, and India. The opening keynote is by Lawrence Summers, former Harvard president.
