04/11/08 - 04/12/08
Kendall Square Marriott, Cambridge, MA

A real, excuse the pun, powerhouse set of speakers is lined up for this year’s MIT Energy Conference, which examines Solutions that Scale to Meet the Energy Challenge. Among them: MIT president Susan Hockfield, legendary venture capitalist John Doerr, and Jim Rogers, chairman, president, and CEO of Duke Energy. The conference will also include sessions on geothermal energy; transmission infrastructure; end-use energy efficiency; fuels/transportation; entrepreneurship in energy; carbon capture and sequestration; and renewables at scale.
