Analog Devices Completes $184 Million Sale of Business Line

Analog Devices (NYSE: ADI) announced today that it has completed the $184 million sale, announced last November, of its CPU voltage regulation and PC thermal monitoring business to ON Semiconductor of Phoenix. The divestiture is part of Norwood, MA-based Analog’s efforts to transition its power management portfolio to high-performance products that better complement its signal-processing technology, according to a press release.
