Inverness to Pay $230 Million for ParadigmHealth

Fast on the heels of a $806.4 million stock sale, Waltham-based diagnostics maker Inverness Medical Innovations (AMEX: IMA) today announced it has agreed to acquire Upper Saddle River, NJ-based ParadigmHealth for roughly $230 million in cash. Bent on growth, Inverness has already announced about a dozen acquisitions this year alone.
