Boston Scientific Loses Patent Infringement Suit

A jury in U.S. District Court in San Francisco yesterday found that Boston Scientific (NYSE:BSX) infringes a patent for balloon catheter technology held by Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Cordis Corp. Boston Scientific said it believes the finding is in error and that it will seek to have it overturned.
