Of course, there are also rumors going around that Pfizer is interested in Biogen. However, Genzyme might be a better fit, with its higher growth outlook and the recent success of its new MS drug in trials. It also doesn't hurt that many of the executives at Pfizer and Genzyme are faculty at Harvard Medical School http://www.newsvisual.com/newsvisual/2007/10/genzyme-could-b.html .
