The word is 'incriminating'. 'Incrementing' means increasing by a set amount.

Anyway, thanks to the Xconomy team for their outstanding coverage. Keep up the good work!

I can't see how any logic person would believe Ahed. If he didn't want the Irobot "memorabilia" any more after the lawsuit why didn't he just put those items in the dumpster at Robotic FX's facility? Why did he decide to drive several miles from the facility to throw that stuff in a dumpster along with the box container for the shredder? It's obvious that Ahed is a liar and he wanted to dispose of the evidence of his cover up. He knew those items would be incrementing. It's almost a given that there was other incrementing items that he successfully got rid of. Hopefully justice will prevail. Not completely expecting it will, since more is at play here then just right or wrong.

Brian, thanks for your nice compliment about our coverage, but just for the record, our stories about the iRobot-Robotic FX saga have all been total collaborations between Bob, Rebecca, and myself. Unfortunately our blogging platform doesn't allow multiple bylines. ;-)

The owner of Robotic FX is a user of his friends. Mr. Ahed has to live with what the true story is regarding the technology stolen from the Packbot that is now allegedly the Navigator, and I doubt he sleeps well at night. This to me is certainly industrial espionage and hopefully the Judge will see through him. He is a real smooth talker, but talk is cheap!!!

So Ahed was caught in a flagrant lie with respect to the tread material and the welding. Does that just get ignored or is it possible that Chad Miller could testify at a later date and that Ahed could be convicted of perjury? How many lies can this guy tell? Is it POSSIBLE that the military really didn't know ANY of this? What about the defense contractor's knowledge? There is a huge amount left to learn in this case and a whole lot more people involved. I think the judge is goibg to have to dig a little deeper for the whole story. And I think perhaps iRobot may have another case involving collusion among some important players!

Wade, you are doing a GREAT job at keeping us iinformed. You have the earky beginning of a great book!
