Crick wireless service is good in Lake Charles, La, however, some of the handsets have problems and the cricket district management has gone into my phone back up and deleted the d. managers phone number from my phones memory. I have had two bad Nokia handsets in a row and Cricket management is doing everything possible to hold me past the 30 or 35 day warranty. I AM IN THE STORE NOW AND AM FORCING THEM INTO DOING SOMETHING!! CRICKET ALSO DID NOT ADD INSURRANCE ON THIS LAST PHONE. I DO NOT KNOW WHY. THEY ALREADY KNOW I want it. WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME. 337 499 6889
