I realize this is quite a late response, but I came across your piece today.

Please do not listen to Rodman &amp; Renshaw. They are clueless in this situation.

Bioenvision got jammed up with Genzyme due to the shared arrangement on Clofarabine. I&#039;m sure Chris Wood - a prominent oncologist - didn&#039;t realize what a creepy management he was in bed with. Wood is a thoroughly decent fellow.

Luci is another story. He was supposed the IR for BIVN and I can tell you - having raised funds for them and following the company - he was the worst there was. In no way did he even deserve his ridiculous salary, let alone more stock. 

Also, he had NOTHING to do with the acquisition. What a fraud he is.
