Marc pushes events like the FIRST (robotics competitions) regionals to be as good as they can be and his outshines the many other regionals. His pleasantness is the reason very competent people work well with and for him in this regard. Marc also has a good sense of humor and is a perfect friend to anyone and never comes across as other than an equal to anyone he is friends with. Marc appreciates important technologies like the Segway because of his high ideals for humanity. I know this because most of the things Marc talks about and is interested in fit this same category.
