Mr. Mullen
I have MS and take Avonex. I am very troubled by the ever-increasing cost of this drug. IT is now $1800 per month. There will come a time when I cannot afford the product once I am off private insurance. I am 61 years old. How do you defend the cost? Biogen records huge profits and yet Avonex is so expensive to those who really can benefit from the therapy.

I take great pride in telling people that I worked for Jim Mullen when he was 28. It wasn't the easiest 2 years of my career, but it has propelled my career. Thanks, Jim. I wish you every success.
