I should give props to David Williams of the <a href="http://www.healthbusinessblog.com/" rel="nofollow">Health Business Blog</a>, who first noted this double standard <a href="http://www.healthbusinessblog.com/?p=1251" rel="nofollow">back in May</a>. I just picked up the ball and ran with it. In the meantime, though, I haven't yet heard back from anyone who actually disagrees with this point. If you have, feel free to send them my way.
