		<description>While the shareholders listed at the time you checked only accounted for 2% of shares, there are many other small holders and, more importantly, a large shareholder opposed to this deal.  SCO Capital Partners LLC is publicly opposed and they hold 13.4% of the outstanding shares.  In addition, Bioenvision is not naming who bought the recently issued 8 million shares.  Something stinks here!</description>
