Steve Rowles

Steve Rowles is a San Diego partner with the Morrison & Foerster law firm. He has extensive industry experience as corporate counsel to public and private companies, and the venture capital and private equity funds that invest in those companies. He is chairman of the firm’s San Diego corporate group and former co-chairman of the firm’s emerging company venture capital group and private equity fund formation group. He has practiced law for more than 20 years, and has extensive industry experience in telecommunications, software, internet, semiconductors, entertainment, cleantech, medical devices, biotechnology and healthcare services.
