Rich Baker

Rich Baker is founder and CEO of Glance Networks, where he is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the company and enhancing its desktop screen sharing tool for businesses worldwide. Prior to Glance, He was CTO at videoconferencing start-up PictureTel. He is a former assistant professor of engineering at UCLA and author of Digital Compression for Multimedia.
