Philip Jacob

Philip Jacob, founder of StyleFeeder, is a software architect, technology consultant and veteran of several Boston-area startups. He has consulted for companies like Digitas, Fidelity, Data General, 3M (and several e-commerce and community sites that never quite became household names). Phil is a big fan of open source software and created a very fast object cache for the Java platform. He also serves on the advisory panel for Linux Journal Magazine and is a longtime advisor to the Public Radio Exchange. Though no one who meets him believes it, he majored in accountancy at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also blogs, plays guitar, and knows two magic tricks.
