Norm Wu

Norm Wu is co-founder, and a strategic advisor with Qliance Medical Management, a Seattle-based pioneer in direct primary care practices. After beginning his career as an engineer in the defense/electronic intelligence industry, he spent 10 years at Bain & Company where he was responsible for approximately half of its global high technology practice after working with health care and other clients. After Bain, Norm became a serial entrepreneur. He founded venture-backed Avantos Performance Systems (now part of Performance Solutions Technologies) to pioneer the category of software for management and organizational excellence. As an investor and operating board member, he helped guide the start-up, development and sale of LambdaFlex, an optical networking subsystems company (acquired by Avanex). Norm also co-founded a stealth mode consumer electronics IP company, serving as its interim CEO, and participated in the turnaround/LBO of public semiconductor company Zilog as SVP and Chief Strategy Officer. Norm received his MBA from Harvard and his MS and BS with Distinction in electrical engineering from Stanford.
