Jerry Jao is the co-founder and CEO of Retention Science, a leader and innovator in retention marketing. Jerry is a serial entrepreneur who previously co-founded two other e-commerce marketing companies. He was formerly an advisor to the CFO of Clear Channel and, before that, an analyst with Morgan Stanley and an engagement manager with BearingPoint Management Consulting (KPMG Advisory).
